SCHÜTZ KLETT fleece and fibre KLETT –
Solutions for any application .

The Klett system meets a wide range of requirements not only in new buildings, but also in renovation projects thanks to minimum installation heights. In combination with mineral insulation, for example, building projects with special requirements for fire protection and impact sound can be realised.

Renovation

When it comes to renovation, special requirements always arise in the area of floor construction for which practical solutions must be found.

  • If only a small height is available for installation of the underfloor heating, the use of Klett fleece with a thickness of 2 mm, 6 mm or 10 mm is particularly suitable.
  • If the underfloor heating is installed on a wooden beam ceiling in an old building, the use of mineral insulation is recommended. Thanks to its excellent fire protection properties, it contributes to even more safety as a precautionary measure.

New builds

In addition to EPS as a standard solution for large-scale installation in new buildings, more stringent requirements for impact sound and fire protection are also increasingly applicable in new buildings. The properties displayed by mineral wool also make it particularly suitable for these special cases.

Our system solutions are as diverse as your requirements. It goes without saying that all products can be installed in new buildings as well as in existing ones and, depending on the building project, this also makes sense. We will be happy to advise you individually and find the optimal solution for your project.

The advantages of SCHÜTZ fibre Klett mineral insulation

Impact sound protection: noise and irritating sounds are significantly reduced.

Fire protection:
mineral insulation is non-flammable, thereby contributing to fire protection and increased safety.

Ecology: mineral wool almost exclusively comprises natural mineral raw materials, can be recycled again and again, and thus contributes to environmental protection.

Thermal protection:
optimal thermal insulation minimises thermal losses and makes a contribution to energy efficiency.

Durability: the durable and robust insulation material retains its full functionality over a long useful life.
